Raspberry Ginger Lime Seltzer
Raspberries, lime, and ginger shimmer in a natively constructed soda that is the flavor of summer in a glass. This natively constructed soft drink has three sections: natural product concentrate, straightforward syrup, and seltzer water. Store every one of the three parts in the refrigerator independently, then, at that point, blend not long prior to serving.Ingredients
Fruit concentrate
- ¼ cup raspberries, fresh or frozen (thawed)
- ½ lime, sliced
- 1 teaspoon sliced fresh ginger
- 3 fresh mint leaves
- 1 cup water
Simple syrup
- 1 cup sugar or honey
- 1 cup water
- Seltzer
- 3 cups seltzer water
Directions
step1
To make fruit concentrate: place raspberries, lime, ginger, and mint leaves in a pitcher or enormous container and crush with a wooden spoon to deliver their juices. Mix in water. Allow the combination to mix in the refrigerator short-term, then, at that point, strain.step2
To simplify syrup: join water and sugar (or honey) in a little pan over medium intensity. Stew, mixing sometimes, until totally broke down. Let cool.step3
To make pop: for each serving of pop, join 1/4 cup fruit concentrate, 1 tsp. basic syrup and 3/4 cup seltzer water in a glass. Present with ice whenever wanted.Tips
To make ahead: The organic product concentrate will keep, covered, in the fridge for as long as 3 days. The syrup will keep, covered, in the refrigerator for as long as multi week.Tip: Make extra seltzer flavors involving these blends for the organic product concentrate.

Nutrition information is calculated by a registered dietitian using an ingredient database but should be considered an estimate.
* Daily Values (DVs) are the recommended amounts of nutrients to consume each day. Percent Daily Value (%DV) found on nutrition labels tells you how much a serving of a particular food or recipe contributes to each of those total recommended amounts. Per the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), the daily value is based on a standard 2,000 calorie diet. Depending on your calorie needs or if you have a health condition, you may need more or less of particular nutrients. (For example, it’s recommended that people following a heart-healthy diet eat less sodium on a daily basis compared to those following a standard diet.)
