Crispy Air-Fryer Pickle Chips

 Crispy Air-Fryer Pickle Chips

Utilize your air fryer to make these firm, pungent pickle chips for game day! The air fryer gives you a fresh covering, utilizing significantly less oil than a customary fryer. Partake in these habit-forming little snacks all alone or with our Southern smoky, velvety plunging sauce.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 (16 ounce) jar reduced-sodium dill pickle chips
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Creole mustard
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika

Directions

step1

Spread flour in a shallow bowl. Place eggs in a subsequent shallow bowl and spread panko in a third bowl. Channel pickle chips and pat them exceptionally dry. Dig the pickles in the flour, shaking off abundance. Plunge in the egg and afterward throw in the panko, gently squeezing to stick. Working in 3 clumps, place the pickles in the bin of an air fryer. Cook at 350 degrees F until brilliant brown, around 6 minutes.

step2

Consolidate mayonnaise, Creole mustard, lemon squeeze and smoked paprika in a little bowl. Serve the plunging sauce with the pickles.
